SMART STEP is a professional hydro-booster designed to activate lamination and prepare hair and skin for the procedure. The product changes the readiness of hair for chemical exposure and improves its condition at the start of the procedure.

The main function of the SMART STEP activator is to deeply moisturize, activate and stabilize the hair structure so that the following components work faster, softer and as evenly as possible.

How SMART STEP works

SMART STEP is not a surface moisturizer - it acts at the level of the internal structure of the hair:

- Glycols, sugars, hyaluronate actively attract and conduct water into the hair;

- Algin, pullulan and polymer matrix (Patch-20) retain moisture during the procedure;

- Amino acids and Zinc PCA stabilize the hair before chemical exposure and improve the ability to retain moisture.

As a result, the hair:

- becomes soft and elastic;

- ceases to be dry and "closed"

- conducts active substances better

- reacts to laminating and lightening ingredients more predictably

How does SMART STEP affect the lamination procedure?

The SMART STEP component prepares the hair before using the STEP 1 LIFT component.

After applying SMART STEP, the STEP 1 LIFT component works not with dry and dense hair, but with a moisturized and activated structure.

This allows:

- to reduce the exposure time of component #1

- to reduce the aggressiveness of the chemical exposure

- to avoid overdrying and stiffness

How to use:

During lamination or lightening of eyebrows and eyelashes

The SMART STEP component is ideal for preparing dry, hard, dense or damaged hair before lamination or lightening

1. Clean eyelashes or eyebrows with OKO Shampoo Cloudy Foam 3in1.

2. Apply SMART STEP to dry, cleansed hair.

3. Exposure time: from 30 seconds to 1-2 minutes (depending on the degree of dryness and damage to the hair)

4. Remove excess product with a dry cotton pad or cotton swab.

5. Continue the lamination or lightening procedure.

Home care

SMART STEP can be used for intensive hydration between home eyelash and eyebrow care treatments.

1. Apply a small amount of SMART STEP and leave until completely absorbed.

2. If necessary, finish the treatment with a fixing or nourishing product.

As a base for makeup

SMART STEP can be used as an intensive moisturizing primer of a new generation for the skin before makeup

1. Apply SMART STEP in a thin layer to cleansed skin.

2. Leave the product for 30-60 seconds to absorb into the skin.
