Updated booster concentrates (brow color enhancers) are designed to:

Eyebrow Tint Color Booster 2.0 concentrate boosters are intended for mixing with the main palette of Deep Brow Tint 2.0 04 ICY and 05 SPICY eyebrow dyes from TM ÉLAN professional line. But they can also be used in combination with eyebrow dyes from another manufacturer if you have basic knowledge of coloring.
