Ekko Beauty Oxidizing emulsion 3% 30 ml

Oxidizer 3% Ekko Beauty is used for coloring eyebrows.
Use in a 1:1 ratio with Ekko Beauty eyebrow and eyelash dye.
Contains hydrogen peroxide!
