ELAN Carbon Eyebrow Bleaching Powder / jar, 10 g

Carbon powder is designed to lighten the natural pigment of the eyebrow hairs. Due to the presence of unique complexes and carbon pigments in the composition, the product provides maximum protection for the structure of eyebrow hairs and reduces the likelihood of an unwanted yellow tint even on bleached hairs.

In the composition of carbon powder:

-is a conditioning liquidum complex that provides maximum protection and effective care for eyebrow hairs during the lightening procedure. This complex makes the brightening mixture more elastic, which increases the level of its comfortable application during the beauty specialist's lightening of eyebrow hairs;

- Wheat and rice proteins with a high content of amino acids penetrate deep into the cortex, thereby providing additional hair care from the inside;

- neutralizing carbon pigments minimize the possible appearance of unwanted yellow tint on bleached hairs.

Mode of application:

LIGHT technique: lightening eyebrow hairs by 1-2 tones (without subsequent toning)

1. Mix carbon powder with oxidizing emulsion 3% TM ELAN professional line in a ratio of 1:3 (one part of powder and three parts of oxidizing emulsion).

2. First, apply the brightening mixture to thicker hairs, then use a brush to spread it over the entire surface of the eyebrows. Depending on the desired result and the thickness of the hairs, leave the brightening mixture on the eyebrows for 1-3 minutes.

3. If the desired result is achieved, remove the clarifying mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water. If you need to get a lighter shade, repeat the procedure.

4. To complete the chemical reaction, apply a cleansing detox eyebrow and eyelash mousse to the eyebrows, the foam of which is removed with a damp cotton pad.

5. To fix the result, apply COLOR FIX fluid-fixative, which contains keratin and sunflower oil, to the eyebrow hairs.

Important: During the re-lightening procedure, apply the lightening mixture only to the regrown part of the eyebrow hairs using a thin brush (for example, BLACKWOOD #1).

INTENSE technique: lightening eyebrow hairs by 3-5 tones

1. Mix carbon powder with oxidizing emulsion 3% TM ELAN professional line in a ratio of 1:2 (one part of powder and two parts of oxidizing emulsion).

2. First, apply the brightening mixture to thicker hairs, then use a brush to spread it over the entire surface of the eyebrows. Depending on the desired result and the thickness of the hairs, leave the brightening mixture on the eyebrows for 5-15 minutes.

3. If the desired result is achieved, remove the clarifying mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water. If you need to get a lighter shade, repeat the procedure.

4. To complete the chemical reaction, apply a cleansing detox eyebrow and eyelash mousse to the eyebrows, the foam of which is removed with a damp cotton pad.

5. To fix the result, apply COLOR FIX fluid-fixative, which contains keratin and sunflower oil, to the eyebrow hairs.

 If, after completing the eyebrow lightening procedure, it is necessary to make the color of the hairs more saturated, use the ÉLAN eyebrow gel-paint color “03 medium brown” for tinting (instructions below):

1. Mix gel paint, oxidizing agent and cream with TM ELAN professional line argan oil in a ratio of 1:1:4 (one part gel paint, one part oxidizing agent and four parts argan oil).

2. Apply the dye mixture on the eyebrows for 1-2 minutes.

3. After the exposure time, remove the dye from the eyebrows with a damp cotton pad.

4. To fix the result, apply COLOR FIX fixative fluid to the eyebrows, which includes keratin and sunflower oil.

Important: after lightening the eyebrow hairs, it is not recommended to carry out a standard eyebrow dyeing procedure. When using eyebrow dye and an oxidizing agent in a 1: 1 ratio, the eyebrow hairs will turn black.
