ELAN x Asia OxiPOWER Universal Oxidizer for Eyebrow Dye, 10 ml

A universal developer suitable for mixing with oxidizing dyes and lightening powders from the ÉLAN professional line.

OxiPOWER was created as part of the ÉLAN x ASIA eyebrow lightening system.

OxiPOWER universal developer is specially formulated for effective and safe mixing with all oxidizing dyes and lightening powders from the ELAN professional line. Its balanced formula ensures a stable mixture consistency, even application, and deep penetration of the dye into the hairs. This allows for rich, long-lasting color.

Important! This developer cannot be used for eyelash tinting.

Directions for use: See the instructions for the product you are using the developer with. The mixing ratio of developer to eyebrow tint is 1:1.

IMPORTANT! BROWLIGHT CREAM MUST BE USED WITH THE OXIPOWER UNIVERSAL OXIDIZER FROM THIS PRODUCT.
