Eyebrow lightening powder ELAN ultramarine/jar, 10 g (NEW FORMULA)

The ultramarine powder TM ÉLAN professional line includes a conditioning liquidum complex, which provides maximum protection and care for eyebrow hairs during the lightening procedure, and also gives the mixture elasticity for more comfortable application. Neutralizing ultramarine pigments, which are part of the powder, reduce the probability of the appearance of an unwanted yellow shade on bleached hair.

LIGHT technique: lightening eyebrow hairs by 1-2 tones (without further tinting):

1.Mix "Ultramarine eyebrow lightening powder NEW FORMULA" TM ELAN professional line with Oxidizing Emulsion 3% TM ELAN professional line in a ratio of 1:3 (one part powder and three parts oxidizing emulsion).

2. At the first stage of the procedure, apply the lightening mixture to thicker hairs, at the second stage, distribute it over the entire surface of the eyebrows using a brush.

3. Depending on the desired result and hair thickness, leave the mixture for 1-3 minutes.

4. If the desired result is achieved, wash off the brightening mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water.

5. If necessary, to get a lighter shade, repeat the procedure.

6. To complete the chemical reaction, apply "ELAN professional line Cleansing detox mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with bactericidal effect" to the eyebrows and remove the foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.

7. It is recommended to use "ELAN professional line  COLOR FIX fluid color fixer for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower oil.
