Certificate Activation Rules

1) Validity period: 1 year from the date of purchase.

2) How to activate:
To activate, enter the promo code on our website when placing an order.
Or contact our customer support (via the website, Instagram, or other social media), and a manager will help you place the order and calculate the amount.

3) Usage conditions:
The certificate can only be used for a single order.
The full value of the certificate is used, even if the purchase value is lower than the certificate's value.
If the purchase value is less than the certificate’s value, the difference will not be refunded.

4) Return and recovery:
The certificate is non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
In case of loss, including theft, the certificate cannot be restored, and no refund will be issued, due to the lack of personal identification of the certificate holder prior to its loss.
