How to use Levissime Lash Deco Blue Eyebrow Lightening Powder

- Thoroughly cleanse the brow area of makeup and dirt with a special product

- Apply protective cream to the skin around the brows, avoiding contact with the hairs

- In a non-metal container, mix 1 sachet (2g) of powder with Levissime 10V developer (3%) in a 1:2 ratio

- Mix thoroughly until creamy

- Apply the resulting mixture to dry brow hairs with a brush Covering them completely.

- If desired, cover your brows with film for a more even effect.

- Leave on for 15–20 minutes, visually monitoring the progress.

- Remove the mixture with a cotton pad soaked in plenty of water and dry your brows.
