Oxidizer 3% ELAN 30 ml/blue series

The oxidizer is intended for mixing with cosmetic products for dyeing and lightening eyebrows TM ELAN professional line:

- gel-paint for eyebrows "ELAN" with oxidizer;

- ultramarine powder for brightening eyebrows.

IMPORTANTLY! Oxidizer 3% can be used exclusively with the above means. It is not recommended to use the oxidizer in combination with eyebrow dyes or eyebrow lightening agents from other manufacturers.
