Oxidizing emulsion 3% - an innovative development of the ELAN professional line brand - one of the components of the author's SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM eyebrow tinting system.

Oxidizing emulsion 3% is specially designed for mixing with "Deep Brow Tint" eyebrow paint and boosters-concentrates TM ELAN professional line.
The perfectly developed percentage formula and the soft creamy texture of the emulsion ensure a flawless result. Emulsifying substances included in the oxidation emulsion protect the hairs during the dyeing process.
The peculiarity of mixing oxidizing emulsion 3% and eyebrow paint "Deep Brow Tint" TM ELAN professional line is that the hydrogen index (pH) of the finished coloring mixture is equal to 7.
Thus, "Deep Brow Tint" eyebrow dye is the first eyebrow dye with a neutral pH, which does not injure the hairs and does not dry out the skin.
Preparation. Use "ELAN professional line Cleansing detox mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with a bactericidal effect" to degrease hairs and skin before eyebrow coloring or modeling procedures. Detox mousse has bactericidal and fungicidal properties.
Building the shape of the eyebrows. Draw the shape of the eyebrows with the help of "ELAN professional line Powder pencil for eyebrows Brow Liner Pro" or "ELAN professional line Powder mechanical pencil for eyebrows Brow Pro".
Preparation of the mixture for painting
Mix the eyebrow dye "Deep Brow Tint" TM ELAN professional line with oxidizing emulsion 3% in a ratio of 1:1 in a non-metallic container, using the measuring spoon included in the set.
If you need to give the colors of the main paint palette additional depth and more saturation or create a new shade, use the "Eyebrow Tint" booster concentrate.
Color Booster" TM ELAN professional line in the color 06 INDIGO or 07 ORANGE according to the mixing ratio:
Eyebrow dye (49%) + oxidizing emulsion (49%) + booster concentrate (2%) = coloring mixture (100%)
WARNING! The more concentrate booster is used, the closer the final shade will be to the color of the booster (blue or orange).
Eyebrow coloring. Apply the coloring mixture to the eyebrows according to the constructed shape. Depending on the desired result, leave the paint on for 5-10 minutes. After the specified time, wash off the remaining dye mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water. If the coloring mixture has gone beyond the desired shape, remove the excess with a cotton swab dipped in "Skin color remover" TM ELAN professional line.
Completion of the eyebrow dyeing procedure. To fix the obtained result, use "ELAN professional line COLOR FIX fluid color fixer for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower oil", which will allow you to extend the stability of the dyeing by stabilizing the color molecule on the hairs.
